Our website is designed for customers seeking quality flooring solutions including area rugs, artificial grass, various carpet types, hardwood, laminate flooring, and related accessories. You agree to use our site for lawful purposes only and not to:

• Engage in any fraudulent activities
• Attempt to interfere with or compromise website security
• Use our content for commercial purposes without authorization
• Misrepresent your identity or provide false information

2. Product Information

We strive to provide accurate descriptions and images of our flooring products. However, slight variations in color or texture may occur due to monitor settings and natural material characteristics. All measurements are approximate.

Some products have specific handling requirements:

• Cut-to-length materials and custom orders cannot be returned
• Final sale items are clearly marked as non-returnable
• Artificial grass cannot be returned once unrolled or cut

3. Ordering and Payment

By placing an order, you make an offer to purchase products under these terms. We accept the following payment methods: Visa, MasterCard, JCB, and PayPal.

Order processing takes 1-2 business days after payment confirmation. You will receive an order confirmation email once your payment is verified.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders for any reason, including but not limited to:

• Product unavailability
• Pricing errors
• Suspected fraudulent activity
• Shipping restrictions to your location

4. Shipping Policy

We ship globally except to Asia and some remote areas. Shipping options include:

• Standard Shipping: $12.95 via DHL or FedEx (10-15 business days after shipment)
• Free Shipping: Available on orders over $50 via EMS (15-25 business days after shipment)

Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather, customs, or other unforeseen circumstances.

Upon delivery, please inspect your package immediately. Report any visible damage to the carrier and contact us within 48 hours.

5. Returns and Exchanges

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Most items can be returned or exchanged within 15 days of receipt, provided they are:

• In original, unused, and uninstalled condition
• In original packaging with all tags attached
• Accompanied by valid proof of purchase

Non-returnable items include: carpet padding (cut to size), cut-to-length flooring materials, unrolled or cut artificial grass, and all clearance/final sale items.

To initiate a return or exchange:

1. Email [email protected] within 15 days of receipt
2. Include your order number and reason for return
3. Wait for approval and Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number
4. Securely pack the item with RMA number inside
5. Ship to: TrafficMaster Sales Returns Department, 3530 Washington Avenue, MIAMI, US 46959

Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the return is due to our error. Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days after we receive and inspect returned items, issued to the original payment method. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
