At TrafficMaster Sales, we are committed to getting your flooring products to you efficiently and safely. We ship globally (excluding Asia and some remote areas) using trusted carriers to ensure your order arrives in perfect condition.
Order Processing & Delivery Timelines
- Order Processing Time: 1-2 business days after payment confirmation.
- Standard Shipping: Shipped via DHL or FedEx. Delivery within 10-15 business days after shipment. Shipping fee: $12.95.
- Free Shipping: Available on orders over $50, shipped via EMS. Delivery within 15-25 business days after shipment.
Returns & Exchanges Policy
We stand behind the quality of our flooring products and want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your item, our hassle-free returns and exchanges policy is here to help.
Eligibility
You may return or exchange most items within 15 days of receiving your shipment. To be eligible:
- The item must be in its original, unused, and uninstalled condition.
- All original packaging and tags must be attached.
- A valid proof of purchase (order number) is required.
⚠️ Non-Returnable Items
Due to hygiene and safety reasons, the following products cannot be returned or exchanged once purchased:
- Carpet Padding (cut to size)
- Cut to Length flooring materials
- Artificial Grass (if unrolled or cut)
- Any Clearance or In Stock Carpet marked as “Final Sale”
How to Initiate a Return or Exchange
- Contact Us: Email our support team at [email protected] within 15 days of receipt. Include your order number and reason for return or exchange.
- Wait for Approval: Our team will review your request and provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and instructions.
- Pack the Item: Securely pack the item in its original packaging. Include the RMA number inside the package.
- Ship the Item: Mail the return package to the address provided. Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong item shipped or defective product).

Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your refund within 5-7 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used during purchase (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal).
Please note:
- Shipping charges (both original and return) are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
- Depending on your financial institution, it may take an additional 3-5 business days for the refund to appear on your statement.
Exchanges
If you wish to exchange an item for a different size, color, or product, please follow the return process above. Once we receive the returned item, we will process the exchange and ship the new item to you. Standard shipping rates will apply for the new shipment.
